The Railway Channel

This online video channel for all railway enthusiasts is brought to you by Mark Found, presenter of 'Garden Railway', 'Trainspotting' and 'Supermodels' on the Discovery channel. Featuring railways from the full size to models, over 70 minutes of streaming video in each episode.

The Haggerleases Light Railway

A superb garden railway in the south of England, There's a lot of inspiration here for everyone.

The Lower Bryandale Railway

Ian Stock's Railway in deepest Essex, this is particularly interesting as it's a relatively new line still under construction, looking great already!

Corris Railway Society

I couldn't do a links page without acknowledging the railway that first inspired me (and continues to do so).
If anyone is not familiar with the Corris railway, it lies in the welsh hills a few miles from Machynlleth and the Dovey estuary. They have come a long way in the last 5 years with regular train services along the short line, last year saw the completion of their "Tattoo" loco, a replica of the Kerr Stuart (no4) which ran on the line before closure in the 1940's. They are now planning to reopen a further section of the line southwest to Tan-y-coed.

MORETON PIT LIGHT RAILWAY

Steve Delarre's Railway. Like the website, it is currently undergoing development and looks to be very promising indeed, well worth a look! I like the fact that this railway has similar motive power to the MNGR.
